Nourishing the mountains,

one drop at a time!

Mocha Milk in the Mountains was born out of a passion to help families, with a focus on families of color, in pregnancy, birth, lactation, and parenting.  To help provide a space of comfort to seek guidance, ask questions, express feelings and desires, work through difficult times, etc. It is important to not only provide education so that families can make informed decisions, but also for people to see and hear our experiences, as doing so lets others know they are not alone and allows them to see that Black and Brown families do breastfeed successfully. Thank you for taking time to visit our page!
